Grantee Cohort Reading

# One contract, many houses, one shared pace.

If you support organizations, you set one of the clocks they live on.

This Reading helps your grantees read their own pace, and helps you see how your requests land. One contract, a team to deliver it, priced by program.

## Why a cohort

### Your grantees are too polite to say what reporting costs them.

What you see today

- Reports arrive on time, and tired.
- Each house believes it is alone with its pace.
- AI tools arrive in grantees without an agreement on pace or purpose.

What you see after

- Each house with three decisions it agreed to act on.
- A map of the clocks across your portfolio, with the houses' consent.
- A reporting calendar you have looked at from the other side.

## What is in it

### Five parts, one contract.

1. **A Threshold Reading for each organization** The four week Reading, house by house.
2. **A session across the houses** Grantees compare their clocks, and see they are not alone.
3. **A briefing for you** Patterns across the cohort, shared with the houses' consent.
4. **A review of your own reporting calendar** You are one of the clocks. We look at it with you.
5. **A delivery team** So quality does not depend on one person.

**What we ask of you.** One contact on your side, an introduction to the houses, and your consent process for sharing patterns.

## How it begins

### A 30 minute call, then a written proposal.

1. **Listen** We learn about your portfolio and what you want to see.
2. **Propose** You receive scope, dates and price by program.
3. **Open a door** The cohort begins at the next door, on a solstice or equinox.
