# Privacy

How we handle what you share with us.

### Who is responsible

Torus Ecosystems of Change, formerly Temporality Lab, is responsible for this website. We are registered in the Netherlands, KVK 76046087. You can reach us at gust@torus.eco.

### What we collect, and why

- The contact form: your name, organization, email, role, message, and the language and page you wrote from. We use it only to answer you.
- The five sentences test: your email, the sentence you chose, and whether you also want the Letters. We use it to send you the reading and one pager, and the Letters if you tick the box.
- The Letters: you subscribe on Substack, which handles your address under its own privacy policy.
- Visits: if we switch it on, we count visits with a cookieless counter (Plausible). It stores no personal data, and you can decline in the notice at the bottom of the page.
- The video on the home page comes from Vimeo, set to do not track. Vimeo may receive your IP address when it loads.

### Where it is kept

The site and its forms are hosted by Netlify, which receives what you send through the forms. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

### How long we keep it

We keep a message for as long as it takes to answer you and follow up. We delete it when you ask.

### Cookies and local storage

We set no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps only three small choices on your device: your theme (day or night), your language, and your answer to the notice about cookies.

### Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or take away what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to gust@torus.eco. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or to the authority in your country.

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above.
