# Terms of use

The simple rules for using torus.eco.

Last updated 4 November 2026.

### What this site is

torus.eco presents the work of Torus Ecosystems of Change: ideas, ways to work with us, and letters. It is information, not an offer you can accept by clicking.

### Working together

A collaboration starts only with a written proposal, with scope, dates and price, that both sides agree to. What you read here describes our work. It does not promise a result.

### Not professional advice

What we publish is for reflection and learning. It is not legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice.

### Our content

The texts, images, diagrams and methods on this site belong to Torus Ecosystems of Change or to the people credited. You may quote and share them with credit and a link. Ask us before reusing them commercially, or before teaching them as your own.

### Names and logos of others

The names and logos of organizations where our work has lived belong to them. They show where we have worked, and do not mean that those organizations endorse us.

### Links

We link to other sites, such as Substack, Vimeo, Instagram and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or for how they treat your data.

### Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, and we offer it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.

### Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the law of your country gives you another right.

### Who we are

Torus Ecosystems of Change, formerly Temporality Lab. Registered in the Netherlands, KVK 76046087. Registered address: Memeleiland 24, 1014 ZL Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Email: gust@torus.eco.
